John's funeral will be a small close family event.

John was popular and much-loved by many in the village of Brampton, those who knew him from work, carers, and family networks.

The RAFBF was always an important charity to John would appreciated the work they do for otherwise forgotten service people dealing with the less newsworthy issues facing the elderly, disabled or distressed through his Royal British Legion Housing Association work.
